We will endeavour to ensure accuracy and closeness of design and packaging; however Nostalgia Florist does not guarantee that the item delivered will be exactly the same as that featured in our website catalog. All information contained in this site is subject to change without prior notice. In the event any flowers or products are unavailable at the time of production, Nostalgia Florist reserves the right to substitute with flowers or products of equivalent or higher value.

Orders

All Personal orders must be paid prior to delivery. All corporate orders must be faxed over (fax No: 03-7883 0571) with a company stamp affixed. Please call us for our standard order form and we will fax a copy to you.

Credit Card Payment

Please note that your Payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd. (iPay88). The Name of Mobile88.com OR Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification e-mail from iPay88 on this transaction.

Cancellation & redirection

A 50% cancellation charge is applicable for all orders that are confirmed. A surcharge of 10% will be imposed on redirection of orders.

Delivery Time

Although utmost efficiency is taken in processing all online orders, we seek your cooperation in giving us a call to reconfirm your orders. We encourage customers who have urgent orders to place them via phone (03-7883 0671) to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience.

For orders received before 12.00 noon (Monday - Friday) - Delivery will be within the same day

For orders received after 12.00 noon (Monday - Friday) - Depending on our operation availability, we will try to arrange delivery on the same day, otherwise delivery will be made the next morning.

For orders received after 12.00 noon on Saturday, delivery will only be made on the following Monday.

Special delivery will be made on Sunday, upon request but a surcharge of RM20 will be imposed.

Delivery during peak/festive season

Due to higher demand during peak/festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Hari Raya, Christmas, Deepavali, Chinese New Year), Nostalgia Florist reserves the right to change the delivery times and dates. To avoid any inconvenience to our customers, we advise you to place your orders at least 3 days in advance.

Delivery Areas

We are providing free delivery for flowers and gifts delivered to the areas mentioned in (A); for deliveries to areas in (B) a surchage as stated therein will be charged.
